Terms and Conditions for Time-Restricted Discount Promotion: 5% Off First Order

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in our time-restricted discount promotion. By accessing this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

  • This promotion is open to all registered Evitat online platform users.
  • The promotion applies to the user's first order placed via order-cart on the Evitat platform, and processed by the Evitat online payment system.
  • Not valid on orders/purchases that have been placed through enquiry and a supplier quote.
  • The promotion is valid for the first order placed by eligible users during the specified time period.

2. Promotion Value:

  • The promotion entitles the user to 5% off their first order on our platform.
  • The discount value is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.

3. Redemption Period:

  • The promotion is valid only for orders placed within the specified time period of months mentioned in the promotion.
  • The redemption period starts on 01st January 2024 and ends on 31st December 2024.
  • Any orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the 5% discount.

4. Usage Limitations:

  • The discount is applicable to one cart-order per user account.
  • The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Registration Requirement:

  • Users must sign up to our platform to be eligible for the promotion. 
  • The discount will be automatically applied to the user's account upon successful registration.
  • For existing users the discount will be automatically applied to the user's account upon checkout at first purchase.  

6. Product/Service Restrictions:

  • The discount is applicable to a wide range of products/materials available on our platform unless specified otherwise.
  • Only products available for direct purchase through the platform are eligible. Products listed as “price on request” are excluded.
  • Certain products/services may be excluded from the promotion at our discretion.

7. Fraud Prevention:

  • We reserve the right to void any voucher or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Modification or Termination:

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of termination, unused vouchers will be voided.

9. General Terms:

  • These terms and conditions are in addition to our standard terms of service and privacy policy.
  • We reserve the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the promotion.
