Shaping the Future of Melbourne Apartment Living
The design approaches new residential development in Victoria, as an opportunity to create Neighbourhood Oriented Infill Developments that enhance established middle suburbs.
The project aims to develop affordable, adaptable and desirable homes for a diverse and growing population and; to provide a systems-based response to social and ecological imperatives.
The design successfully integrates urban, architectural, landscape, sustainability, building systems and cost-effective design strategies. It proposes high-quality dwellings and offers a range of shared spaces and outdoor amenities, fostering community interactions and wellbeing.
Our driving force, creating delightful and comfortable homes while fostering the connections that enrich communities, neighbours and great places. Our designs respond to the changing dynamics of living and the increasing need for affordability, regeneration, sustainability, connectivity and choice.
We are thrilled to have been selected as one of the Future Homes competition winners organised by The Victorian Government, which attracted almost 100 submissions. Our team is now working with the Department of Environment Land Water and Planning (DELWP) and Office of the Victorian Government Architect (OVGA), creating Exemplar Designs and Guidelines informing future planning changes.
